All-in-One Green Bean/Crunchy Biscuit and Chicken Casserole Lois Fritchen

2 - 5 oz. cans boned chicken or 2 cups cooked chicken

1 can cream of chicken soup (not diluted)

1 - 8 oz. can French style green beans, drained - or it's equivalent in frozen French style green beans, cooked

1 - 4 oz. can mushrooms, or 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tsp. lemon juice

1 - 10 oz. tube refrigerated biscuits

1 to 2 T. melted butter

Wheat germ

Combine chicken, soup, green beans, mushrooms, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese and lemon juice in saucepan.  Heat until bubbly.  Pour into a shallow 2 quart baking dish.  Separate biscuit dough, brush with 1 to 2 Tablespoons melted butter and dip into wheat germ.  Place biscuits on top of chicken mixture.  Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes.
