Beef Ribs Laura Kralovetz

3 lbs. boneless beef or short ribs or pork ribs

1 cups barbecue sauce divided

cup apricot/pineapple preserve 1 tsp. soy sauce

Place ribs in baking pan. Combine cup barbecue sauce, jam and soy sauce. Bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes to brown. Take out of oven. Place ribs in slow cooker and cook on low for 3-4 hours. Just before serving, pour remaining cup barbecue sauce over ribs and let simmer for about 10 minutes or as desired.
