Beef Ribs Laura Kralovetz
3 lbs. boneless beef or short ribs or pork ribs
1 ½ cups barbecue sauce divided
½ cup apricot/pineapple preserve 1 tsp. soy sauce
Place ribs in baking pan. Combine ¾ cup barbecue sauce, jam and soy sauce. Bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes to brown. Take out of oven. Place ribs in slow cooker and cook on low for 3-4 hours. Just before serving, pour remaining ¾ cup barbecue sauce over ribs and let simmer for about 10 minutes or as desired.
