Chicken with Stove Top Dressing         Jeannette Isaacson

2 whole boned, skinned chicken breasts cut in half

4 slices Swiss cheese                               1 can cream of chicken soup

1 box instant turkey stuffing mix (Stove Top, 6 oz. size)

1/4 cup dry wine or sherry                       3 Tbsp. melted butter


Arrange chicken in 8" square pan.  Place cheese on top.  Blend soup and wine.  Pour over chicken and cheese.  Mix entire box of stuffing as directed on box.  Spoon stuffing onto and around chicken.  Drizzle butter over stuffing.  Bake uncovered at 350 for one hour.
