Fire House Spaghetti                        Milt Isaacson

1 lb. chopped beef                        2 medium onions

1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce                        1 Tbsp.  brown sugar

1 pkg. Kraft Lowery's spaghetti seasoning                         1 green pepper

1 medium can tomato sauce or puree                        1 medium size can tomato juice

1 lb. Italian sausage (break into bite size pieces)

 

Brown beef and pork in skillet.  Drain off excess grease.  Chop pepper and onions, add to meat.  In a saucepan, mix spaghetti seasoning, tomato sauce and juice (Add 1/2 cup water if too thick).  Add brown sugar and Worcestershire Sauce.  Simmer 10 minutes.  Add meat mixture and simmer for 1 hr.  Serve over cooked spaghetti.
