Ham Casserole Deloris Isaacson
½ cup green pepper, chopped 1 can cream mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream 10 oz. noodles, cooked
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated 1 cup Swiss cheese, grated
2 ½ cups ham, cubed
Saute onions and peppers in margarine. Remove from heat and stir in soup and sour cream. Grease casserole. Place 1/3 noodles, 1/3 cheese, 1/3 ham, then top with ½ of sauce; repeat, ending with noodles, cheese and ham. Bake covered at 350° degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes longer.
