Millie’s Heavenly Hash Hillery Isaacson
1 lb. pork steak, cubed 1 lb. veal steak, cubed
1 T. oil 1 small green pepper, chopped
1 - 2 oz. jar pimento ` - 4 oz. can mushrooms with juice
2 cans cream of chicken soup ½ pkg. (8 oz.) Medium egg noodles
3 oz. grated nippy cheese (Old English)
Brown meat in oil. Add pepper and pimento. Saute with the meat. Add soup and mushrooms. Mix and let simmer 20 minutes. Cook the noodles until el dente. Add to meat - add cheese. Mix all together in 3 qt. casserole. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for one hour.
