Party Chicken Noodle Bake                        Jan Peterson

1 - 8 oz. pkg. wide noodles                        1/3 cup sliced stuffed olives

1 can cream of mushroom soup                        1/3 cup chopped onion

2/3 cup milk                        1/3 cup chopped green pepper

1/2 tsp. salt                        1/4 cup minced parsley

1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning                        3 cups diced cooked chicken

2 - 3  oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened                        1 cup creamed cottage cheese

1 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs, buttered

 

Cook noodles, rinse and drain.  Mix soup, milk, salt and poultry seasoning together; heat mixture.  Beat cheeses together; stir in olives, onion, green pepper and parsley.  Place half the noodles in baking dish; spread with half the cheese mixture, half the chicken and half the soup mixture.  Repeat layers.  Top with crumbs.  Bake for approximately 40 minutes in 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2 inch pan or until heated through.
