Pot Roast in Roaster Oven                        Peggy Peterson

Put one can cream of mushroom soup on bottom.  Lay roast on top (trim off fat).  Put carrots on top (peeled and cut in long cuts).  Sprinkle minced onion on.  Put on second can of cream of mushroom soup.  Bake 1 hour at 375.  Turn down to 300.  Cook 2 hours.  Put cut up potatoes in last hour.  That's it!  Gravy is made for you from meat drippings and soup.  Yummy and easy.
