Artichoke Spread with Pita Bread                        Sherri Congleton-Gardler

2 – 8 Oz. pkg. cream cheese

1 – 6 ˝ Jar of artichokes, rinsed and chopped

˝ - 1 tsp. garlic salt (depending on taste)


Pita Bread

Lawry’s Seasoning Salt

Pam non-fat spray

Dried Basil leaves - crushed

Mix cream cheese, artichokes and garlic salt (I put all in food processor).  Spray pita bread with Pam and sprinkle with salt and a few dried Basil leaves.  Cut into strips and bake at 350° for 5 to 10 minutes.  The longer you bake them the crunchier they get.
