Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball                   Jolene Carlson

8 oz. cream cheese softened                  ˝ c. butter softened

1/4 tsp. vanilla                                             3/4 c. confectioner’s sugar

2 T. brown sugar                                        3/4 c. miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips

3/4 c. finely chopped pecans

In a mixing bowl beat the cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy.  Gradually add sugars; beat just until combined.  Stir in chocolate chips.  Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.  Remove from refrigerator and shape into a ball.  Just before serving, roll cheese ball in the chopped pecans.  Serve with chocolate graham crackers.
