Cucumber Dip (Diet)                                  Sharon Benda

1 cup low fat cottage cheese                  1 tsp. brown mustard

2 tsp. garlic powder                                   Dash of pepper

3 drops hot pepper sauce                       2 tsp. green onions, chopped

2 cup cucumber, unpeeled, finely chopped, well drained

paprika (optional)

Put cottage cheese and seasonings into blender.  Blend until smooth.  Put mixture into a bowl.  Stir in cucumber and onion until just mixed.  Chill.  Garnish with paprika.  Serve with crisp vegetable sticks or pieces.  May also be used as a salad dressing.  Thin with skim milk if desired.
