Hot Crab Spread                                        Dale Armbruster

 

8 oz. cream cheese                                    2 tsp. Horseradish

1 Tbsp. milk                                                 1/4 tsp. salt

8 oz. crab meat                                           Dash White Pepper

2 Tbsp. chopped onion                            2 cup sliced almonds

Combine cream cheese and milk, add crab meat, onion, horseradish, salt, pepper and mix well.  Sprinkle with almonds.  Bake at 375 until bubbly.  Serve with crackers.
