Hidden Valley Ranch Sausage Stars    Becky Grasso

2 c. cooked crumbled sausage              1 ½ c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

1 ½ c. grated Monterey Jack cheese     1 c. Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing

1 can sliced ripe olives                             ½ c. chopped red bell pepper

1 pkg. fresh or frozen Wonton Wrappers

Preheat oven to 350°.  Blot sausage well with paper towel and combine with cheeses, salad dressing, olives and red pepper.  Lightly grease a mini-muffin tin and press one wrapper in each cup. Bake 5 minutes until golden. Remove from tins, place on a baking sheet.  Fill with sausage mixture and put back in oven 5 minutes until melted and bubbly.
