Mushroom Liver Pate                                Sharon Benda

1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, minced          2 Tablespoons butter

 

Saute mushrooms in butter.

 

When cool, add:

1 ‑ 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese                     1/4 lb. liverwurst

2 teaspoon salt                                           1/8 teaspoon garlic salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper                                 1/3 cup mayonnaise

 

Mix all together and chill thoroughly.  Serve with crackers.
