Pepperoni Bread                                        Jan Peterson

1 loaf frozen bread dough                       1 egg beaten

Sliced Pepperoni                                        Sliced mozzarella cheese

Sliced Cheddar Cheese

 

Let bread dough thaw until you can flatten it into a rectangle.  Brush with beaten egg.  Down the middle of the rectangle lengthwise, put a row of pepperoni.  Top with a row of mozzarella and cheddar cheese.  Fold one side of bread over pepperoni and cheeses.   Brush with egg.  Make another layer of pepperoni and cheeses and fold over remaining side.  Seal loaf well.  Brush with egg, bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
