Shrimp Stuffed Mushrooms                    Jan Peterson

20 large mushrooms                                 1 - 3 oz. cream cheese

1/4 cup finely chopped celery                 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion

2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce                   Dash garlic powder

Dash bottled hot pepper sauce              1 - 4 2 oz. can tiny shrimp

Grated Parmesan cheese

 

Remove stems from mushrooms and arrange stem side up in microwave dish.  Cover with plastic and micro on high 2 to 3 minutes.  Drain.  Mix filling together.  Spoon 1 rounded teaspoon into each mushroom.  Sprinkle with cheese.  Cook uncovered on high for two to three minutes.
