 1 Can Black Beans

1 Can Kidney Beans

1 Can Navy Beans

1 Can Pinto Beans

1/2 C. Red Pepper (diced)

1/2 C. Green Pepper

1/4 C. Green Onions

1/4 C. Celery

Sauce:

 1/2 C. Sugar

1/2 C. Red Wine Vinegar

1/2 C. Oil

 Bring to a boil and let cool - pour over above ingredients and serve with Tostitos
