Cinnamon Buns                                              Joyce Schwarm

2 pkgs. dry yeast                                            1/2 cup water warm

Dissolve yeast in warm water

12/ tsp. salt                                                     3/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup oleo or shortening                             3 eggs

1 1/2 cups warm milk.

 

Beat together until well mixed.  Add yeast mixture.  Add 7 cups of flour, use bread hooks or mix by hand until mixed, then kneat until nice and smooth.  Let rise until doubled and then roll out and spread with melted butter and then sugar mixture.

 

Sugar mixture

1 cup white sugar                                           1/4 cup brown sugar

Cinnamon, as you like

Roll like jelly roll, cut and put in pans.  Let rise until double and bake. Frost while warm.
