Cranberry Bread                                            Jan Peterson

2 cups flour                                                     1/2 cup packed brown sugar

2 tsp. baking powder                                      1/4 tsp. salt

3/4 cup cranapple juice                                  1/4 cup oil

1 egg beaten                                                   1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 cup cranberries, coarsely chopped             1/2 cup chopped walnuts

 

Beat all until thick and lemon colored.  Fold in cranberries and nuts.  Bake in 350 oven in 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 loaf pan for 55 to 60 minutes.  Cool in pan on wire rack 10 minutes.
