Potato Bread (Bread Machine) (1 1/2 lbs.) Bev Helling

1 1/4 cup water 3 Tbsp. butter

2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt

2 Tbsp. potato flakes 3 cups bread flour

1 1/2 tsp. rapid or quick yeast

Put in bread machine and bake.
