Blueberry Cheese Cake Faith

¼ cup soft butter ¼
tsp. salt
2/3 cup sugar ½
cup milk
1 egg 1
cup plus 2 Tbsp. flour
1 – 3 oz. cream cheese cubed ½
tsp. baking powder
1 cup fresh or frozen Blueberries
Cream butter and sugar.
Beat in egg. Combine 1 cup flour,
baking powder and salt. Gradually add to
cream mixture alternatively with milk.
Toss blueberries with remaining flour.
Stire blueberries and cream cheese into creamed mixture. (Batter will be thick). Transfer to 8 inch greased pan.
Topping
2 Tbsp. flour 2
Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. cold butter
For topping in a small bowl, combine flour and sugar. Cut butter in until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter and bake at 375 degrees
40 to 45 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
