Crab Quiche                                                                 Fran Cutter

1 1/2 cups Sharp Shredded Cracker Barrel Cheese

2 T. flour                                                                        1 1/4 c half & half

4 eggs beaten                                                              1/2 cup green onion slices

6 oz. frozen crab, thawed, drained, flaked

1/2 tsp. salt                                                                   dash of pepper

1 unbaked pastry shell                                              1/2 cup chopped green pepper

 

Toss cheese with flour.  Add half & half, eggs, crab, onion, pepper and seasonings.  Mix well.  Pour into pastry shell.  Bake at 350 for 55 to 60 minutes or until set.  (six servings)
