Ham, Mushroom & Cheddar Quiche Jan Peterson

1 Pillsbury Ready Pie Crust 1 cup cubed ham

1/4 cup chopped onion 1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms

1 cups cheddar cheese cup sour cream

5 eggs 1 cup milk

1/4 tsp. Garlic 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

1 tsp. Dried basil


Spray pie pan with non-stick spray. Place pie crust in pan and crimp edges. Layer ingredients in blender and blend on high. Pour all into shell. Bake on lowest rack in oven at 425 for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake 25 minutes more. Serves 6-8.
