Ham, Mushroom & Cheddar Quiche                     Jan Peterson

1 Pillsbury Ready Pie Crust                                     1 cup cubed ham

1/4 cup chopped onion                                             1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms

1 ½ cups cheddar cheese                                        ½ cup sour cream

5 eggs                                                                            1 cup milk

1/4 tsp. Garlic                                                               1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

1 tsp. Dried basil

 

Spray pie pan with non-stick spray.  Place pie crust in pan and crimp edges.  Layer ingredients in blender and blend on high.  Pour all into shell.  Bake on lowest rack in oven at 425° for 20 minutes.  Reduce heat to 350° and bake 25 minutes more. Serves 6-8.
