Make Ahead Breakfast Casserole                          Lynn Petersen

2 dozen eggs, scrambled                                         1/2 cup milk

1 can cream of mushroom soup                            1 can mushrooms

1/2 cup chopped green pepper                              1/2 cup chopped onion

1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed

 

Scramble eggs, put in 9 x 13 pan, combine milk and soup and pour over eggs.  Top with cheese cubes, mushrooms, onions and pepper.  Bake at 300 for one hour
