Chocolate Zucchini Cake                                   Lynn Petersen

1/2 cup margarine                                                1 3/4 cup sugar

1 cup oil                                                                  2 cups shredded zucchini

2 eggs                                                                     2 1/2 cups flour

1/3 cup cocoa                                                        1 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. baking powder                                       1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. salt                                                             1/2 cup sour milk

1 tsp. vanilla

 

Combine all together and sprinkle 1/2 cup chocolate chips over cake and bake.  Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.  when baked, sprinkle another 1/2 cup chocolate chips over hot cake and smooth over lightly when melted.
