Cream Cheese Cake                                           Pat Londre

2 pkg. large crescent rolls                                 2 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese

1 cup sugar                                                            1 egg yolk

1 tsp. vanilla

 

Grease 13 x 9" pan.  Unroll a pkg. rolls, line bottom of pan.  Add cream cheese mixture.  Unroll other pkg. of rolls and place on top.  Beat egg white and sprinkle over top, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and nuts.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes.
