Mandarin Orange Cake                                       Maryann Hollister

1 Yellow Cake Mix                                                4 eggs

1 - 11 oz. can mandarin oranges with juice   1/2 cup salad oil

 

Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat with electric mixer for two minutes.  Bake in 9 x 13 or two 8" round pans, according to package directions.

 

Frosting

 

1 - 15 1/2 oz. can pineapple (juice and all)     1 - 8 oz. carton whipped topping

1 - 3 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding - powder only

Mix together and spread on cake.
