Southern Peach Cake                                  Ginny Anderegg

1 Box Yellow Cake Mix                                1 can Peach Pie Filling

2 eggs            ½ cup sour cream

Mix together thoroughly with a fork for 2 minutes.  Pour in a greased 9 x 13 pan.  Bake at 350° for 25 – 35 minutes.

Frosting

8 oz. cream cheese, softened                    3 oz. pkg. Instant Vanilla Pudding

20 oz. crushed pineapple, not drained      9 oz. Cool Whip

Mix together cheese and pudding.  Add pineapple and Cool Whip.  Frost cooled cake at keep refrigerated.
