Peanut Cracker Dippers                                          Jan Peterson

8 oz. sweet chocolate                                               2 T. paraffin wax

1/2 cup peanut butter                                               24 Ritz crackers

 

Melt chocolate with wax in double boiler.  Spread 1 teaspoon peanut butter on each cracker.  Using tongs, dip each cookie into chocolate.  Place on wire rack over waxed paper.
