2 cups sugar                                                             1/2 cup light corn syrup


Boil until reaches 300 degrees.  Add food coloring and flavoring as desired.  Place sticks on pan.  Pour hot syrup on the end of the stick.  After 2-3 minutes, loosen with spatula, then remove lollipops.  Makes about 1 lb.  Becky made these many times as a child.
