Beef Stroganoff                                                Becky Grasso

2 lbs. Beef                                                        2 cans beef broth - or bouillon

1/4 cup catsup                                                  8-10 oz. Egg noodles

14/ cup butter                                                   6 oz. Can mushrooms

1/4 cup onion                                                   1 ½ tsp. Garlic salt

2 cups sour cream                                           3 Tbsp. Flour

Cut meat into cubes.  Reserve 1 cup of broth to add at the end when you thicken.  Melt butter  - cook and stir meat, mushrooms and onion.  Stir in 1 cup broth, catsup and garlic.  Cover and simmer until tender.  Blend reserved broth and flour.  Add sour cream
