Chicken Casserole                                    Grandma Helling

2 tsp. butter                                                  2 cups celery

1/2 cup onion

Brown above ingredients.  Add:

2 cup chicken pieces or more                1 can bean sprouts

1 can cream of mushroom soup

 

Add 1 can chow mein noodles over top and 1 cup cashew nuts the last 10 or 15 minutes.  Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
