Convenient Slow-Cooker Lasagna                                     Peggy Peterson
1 lb ground beef (with chopped onion-optional)
29 oz can tomato sauce
8 oz pkg lasagna noodles, uncooked
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese

Spray interior of the cooker with non stick cooking spray
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet, Drain.
Stir in tomato sauce. Mix well
Spread one-fourth of the meat sauce on bottom of slow cooker
Arrange one-third uncooked nooldes over the sauce (if you break them up they fit better)
Combine the cheese in a bowl and spoon one-third  over the noodles.
Repeat layers
Top with remaining sauce.
Cover and cook low 4 hours.
