Country-Style Casserole                          Hillary Isaacson

2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup                             3/4 cup mayonnaise

½ cup milk                                                    3 Tbsp. Honey

2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard                              4 cups cooked chicken or cooked ham

1 pkg. Frozen shredded hash browns 3 cups sliced frozen carrots

1 cup shredded cheese                            1 can French Fried onions

 

Combine first five ingredients.  Stir in chicken, hash browns, carrots and cheese.  Transfer to a greased 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish.  Cover and bake at 35- for 45-50 minutes.  Uncover; add onion rings bane bake 15 minutes longer until bubbly and onions are browned.
