Deluxe Potato Ham Bake                        Jeannette Isaacson

2 cans low-fat cream of chicken soup, undiluted

1 cup light sour cream           

1 ½ cups shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese

1 medium onion, chopped            2 cups cooked low-fat ham

1 - 32 oz. Pkg. Frozen hash brown potatoes            3/4 cup crushed cornflakes

1 Tbsp. Margarine, melted

Combine first four ingredients; mix well.  Stir in ham and potatoes.  Spread into a 13 x 9 x 2" baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.  Combine cornflakes and margarine; sprinkle over casserole.  Bake, uncovered at 350 for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
