Enchiladas                                                       Becky Grasso’s Friend, Jane

Spray bottom of8 x 11 ½ inch pan with Pan or fry flour tortillas slightly until browned.  Add ½ mixture in bottom.

2 cups chicken                                                                                    

1/4 cup chopped onion

Roll chicken and onion in shells and place in pan. 

Mix

1 cup sour cream                                             ½ cup half and half

1 Jar mild salsa

Add other half of mixture over the top and top with Mexican Cheese.  Bake at 350 for ½ hour
