Excellent Simpson’s Haddock                          Kelly Briski

½ cup flour                                                      ¼ cup butter

½ tsp. paprika                                                  ½ cup dry white wine

1 tsp. parsley                                                   ½ tsp. lemon juice

½ tsp. Lawry’s                                                  ½ tsp. pepper

½ tsp. garlic powder or salt

1 large stick of haddock (cut into 3-4 pieces)

Mix all dry ingredients in plastic bag.  Melt butter in baking dish.  Add wine and lemon juice.

Place fish in dry ingredients – shake until coated.  Put fish in baking dish and turn to coat with butter.  Broil, turning to prevent burning.
