Florentine Chicken Sandwich                      Becky Grasso

10 oz. Cooked cubed chicken`½ cup red bell pepper, chopped

1 - 10 oz. Pkg. Frozen spinach, thawed and well drained

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese            ½ cup mayonnaise

1 tsp. Lemon zest            ½ tsp. Salt

1/8 tsp. Ground nutmeg            2 pkg. Refrigerated crescent rolls

 

Put all ingredients except crescent rolls in food processor.  Arrange ½ crescent rolls in pan spreading out to fit.  Top with filling and other ½ of crescent rolls.  Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
