Fry until brown:

3 lbs. hamburger (drain off fat)                        1 large onion chopped

 

Mix meat with:

3# jar Ragu Sauce                        1 large can tomato sauce

1 small can tomato paste

Simmer 20 - 30 minutes

 

Mix together:

2# small curd cottage cheese                        1 small sour cream

Shred 1 pound (or more mozzarella)

Boil 1 box (large) lasagna noodles (Need 2 -  9 x 13 pans)

 

Layer as follows:

Meat mixture, Noodles, cottage cheese mixture, mozzarella, Meat mixture, etc.

Cover with foil and freeze 1 pan.  Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees.  Uncover last 20 minutes.
