1 lb. ground beef                        1 small onion

Brown and Add:

2 cups chopped celery                        1 tsp. worcestershire sauce

1 large green pepper chopped                        1 can tomato soup

1 Tbsp. sugar                        1 can tomato sauce

1 tsp. salt                        1/2 cup milk

1/2 tsp. Pepper

 

Pour into casserole and bake for one hour uncovered at 350.  Serve over rice.
