1 – 6 oz. pkg. season
stuffing mix (chicken – or mushroom/onion)
3 cup cubed cooked chicken 1 – 10 ¾ can cream of
chicken undiluted
1 cup sour cream 2
Tbsp. Onion soup mix
1 – 4 oz. can mushrooms,
drained 1 - 8 oz can sliced water chestnuts, drained
¼ cup grated parmesan
cheese.
Prepare stuffing mix
according to package directions. Set
aside. Place chicken in 2 qt. baking
dish. Combine soup, sour cram and onion
soup mix. Spread over chicken. Sprinkle with mushrooms and water chestnuts. Spread stuffing over the top and sprinkle
with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for ½
hour covered and ½ hour uncovered or until bubbly.
