Orange Glazed Pork Roast                        Dale Armbruster

4 lb. Boneless Pork Roast                        2 tsp. sage

4 Garlic cloves slivered                        1 tsp. salt

1 Tbsp. Dried Rosemary                        1 tsp. Pepper

 

Orange Glaze:

1/4 cup Orange Marmalade                        1/4 cup Stone ground mustard

1/4 cup orange juice                        2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar

 

Pan Sauce:

1/4 cup orange flavored liquor                        1 cup orange juice

 

Cut slits in roast and stuff with garlic slivers.  Combine Rosemary, Sage, Salt, Pepper and pat on to roast.  Roast in 350 oven to internal temperature of 165 degrees - 1 1/4 hours.  Prepare glaze by mixing ingredients and brush on roast 15 minutes before done.  Place roast on cutting board and add ingredients for pan sauce to pan.  Cook over Med.-High heat 5 minutes.  Slice roast and drizzle with Pan Sauce.
