Pizza Tater Tot Casserole                        Jan Peterson

1 lb. ground beef            1 med. green pepper, chopped

1 med. onion, chopped            1 can - 11 1/8 oz. tomato soup

1/4 c. pizza sauce            1 - 4 ½ oz. jar mushroom pieces, drained

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese            1 - 32 oz. pkg. frozen Tater Tots

In skillet, cook the beef, pepper and onion until meat is no longer pink; drain.  Add soup, pizza sauce and mushrooms.  Transfer to a greased 13 x 9 x 2" baking dish.  Top with cheese and potatoes.  Bake uncovered, at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown.  Yield: 6  - 8 servings.
