Pork Chop and Potato Bake                        Sandy Polkky

6 pork chops                        1 can cream of celery soup

1/2 cup milk                        1/2 cup sour cream

1 - 24 oz. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes                        1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 can french fried onions

 

Brown the pork chops, season with salt and pepper.  Set aside.  Combine soup, milk, sour cream and a dash of salt and pepper.  Add thawed hash brown potatoes, plus 1/2 cup cheddar cheese; and 1/2 can french fried onions.  Mix.  Pour into a 9 x 13 pan.  Arrange pork chops on top.  Bake at 350 covered for 40 minutes.  Top with remaining cheese and onions.  Bake 4 minutes uncovered.
