Quick Taco Bake Chris Peterson
1 lb. Ground beef 1 small onion, chopped
1 env. Taco seasoning mix 1 can tomato sauce
1 can whole kernel corn, drained (optional)
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cups Bisquick
1 cup milk
Spray a 9 x 13 pan. Brown meat and onion. Drain. Stir the dry taco seasoning into meat. Add tomato sauce, corn and cheese. Mix the remaining three ingredients and pour over the meat mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes or until light brown. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomato and shredded lettuce. (We omit tomato in the winter).
