Scalloped Chicken                      Jan Peterson

3 cups Brownberry Stuffing cubes            3/4 cups cracker crumbs, divided

2 cups chicken broth            2 eggs slightly beatn

½ tsp. Salt            ½ cup diced celery

2 Tbsp. Chopped onion            2 cups cubed chicken

1 Tbsp. Butter            1 can sliced mushrooms, drained

 

Combine bread cubes and ½ of cracker crumbs.  Stir in broth, eggs, salt, celery, onion, checkin and mushrooms.  Spoon into a greased casserole.  Melt butter, brown remaining cracker crumbs.  Sprinkle over cassserole.  Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
