Secret Recipe for Macaroni and Cheese                                               Jan Peterson

 2 cups macaroni

1 cup milk approximately

2 or 3 Tbsp. Flour

1 Jar Cheese Whiz or Small pkg. Velveeta

1 tsp. Yellow mustard

˝ cup sour cream

Salt and Pepper

Grated Cheddar Cheese

Boil macaroni in salt water (if you’re going to bake it) don’t boil until soft.  If you’re going to use it unbaked, boil until tender).  Drain macaroni and put back in kettle with approximately 1 cup milk.  Add flour and stir; add cheese Wiz, Velveeta – or some of each.  Add yellow mustard, salt and pepper and sour cream.  Cook until boils.  If too thin, add more flour.  If too thick, add more milk.  When ready to eat, put Grated Cheddar Cheese on top until melted.  Doesn’t hurt if it gets stirred in when reheating.

 his can be made in any amount – the important thing is to keep tasting to get the right amount of cheese, mustard and salt and pepper
