Sweet and Sour Barbecue Sauce                        Bev Helling

1 cup catsup                        1 cup water

1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)                        1/4 cup vinegar

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce                        1 Tablespoon celery seed

1 Tablespoon chili sauce                        1 teaspoon salt

dash pepper                        1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce


Combine all ingredients in small saucepan. Heat to boiling.  Baste spareribs during cooking period and use remaining sauce as a dip for spareribs.  Makes 2 3/4 cups.
