Turkey Tetrazzini Jan Peterson
1/2 cup spaghetti (broken) 1/4 cup butter
6 green onions(chopped) 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
3 cups turkey pieces 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1 cup sour cream 1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar
cheese
Cook spaghetti in boiling
water. In skillet, heat butter, onion
and mushrooms. Cook until tender. Add turkey, salt, pepper and celery salt. Cook until heated. Blend sour cream, cottage and cheddar cheese and add to
spaghetti. Toss. Then add turkey. Put in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 to 1 hour. Open bottle of wine and enjoy.
