Barbecue Beef Sandwiches                                        Jan Peterson

1 cup ketchup                                                               1 Tbsp. prepared mustard

1/2 cup water                                                                2 Tbsp. brown sugar

1/4 cup vinegar                                                             1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 cup chopped green pepper                                    1/8 tsp. black pepper

1/4 cup chopped onion                                                 4 lbs. raw beef (I use chuck)

1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce                                 sliced thin

Combine all ingredients in crockpot.  Cover tightly and cook until beef is tender - approximately 5 hours.
